We are currently renovating a 40m² apartment in the middle of Prayssac, a popular market town in the Lot region, 30 minutes west of Cahors. The property will have one double bedroom, a large living room/dining room, a new bathroom and new fitted kitchen.
There will be a private terrace with seating and a barbecue outside.
The apartment is on the ground floor and you can park right outside. Everything is within easy walking distance - shops, restaurants, swimming pool and cinema. We are on the bus route from Cahors or Monsempron Libos train stations and 1 hour 20 mins from Bergerac or Brive airports.
We will be posting pictures as the renovation progresses - the apartment will be ready for rental in July and August for 350 euros per week.
